For this project, the client's vision was very precise. She had previously worked with a photographer, capturing the fleeting beauty she saw in plants. The next step to her vision was the transformation of a dull storage unit into a piece of art, covered with the essence, the beauty of the plants previously photographed.
The biggest challenge was highlighting the authenticity and the freshness of the photographs all the while respecting the functional aspect of the storage unit.
So, we opted for the image to be printed on a vinyl, with a suede finish. The suede finish adds to the realism of the image, reducing any appearance of pixelization.
Subsequently, we created several paintings on cotton canvas, mounted on pine wood stretcher frames of various sizes.
