We are particularly proud to have been a part of making the oncology wing at the hospital a nicer, more refreshing space. This large scale project is divided in two parts. We worked with the architect firm FSA to design a mural running through the main corridor.
Our goal with this was to transform blank walls to an enchanting landscape of wild hyacinths, symbolizing humility, gratitude and consistency.
With the hygiene levels of a hospital being so high, we used a vinyl mural, with the smoothest finish to ensure its strength and durability.
For the glass panels of their yoga room, we decided to apply a frosted film, with the imagery of a bamboo forest. Our main challenge with this project was to create a soothing space where patients and their loved ones could just for a moment feel at ease. Transforming blank walls to a warmer environment was our goal, and we could not be happier with the end result.
